Prakruti - Your Natural Constitution

Ayurveda recognized that we as human beings each have our unique natural constitution, which is genetically determined at the birth. That is our Prakruti, which is made up of the Vata, Pitta and Kapha and is our nature state. This specific nature state is known as doshic balance. It defines our interactions with the world. The proportions of each of these doshas decides our strengths and potential.

In knowing our unique constitutional make up, and taking care of our diet and lifestyle we can prevent imbalances, promote health and have a richer quality of life.
